The Transitional Student Support Facilitator role at Moorhead School District 152 promotes family partnerships and strengthens communication with students in transition due to homelessness, coordinating outreach across MAPS programs.
A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a MN/ND driver’s license is required; preferred are degrees in social work, psychology, education or community health, plus experience with homelessness.
