Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans (MACV) seeks a dedicated case manager to serve veterans and their families facing homelessness or housing instability. You will assess needs, build a housing stability plan, and provide mobile, harm-reduction based case management across Moorhead, Bemidji, and St. Cloud.
