What You Will Do:- Lead the development, optimization, and transfer of new and existing manufacturing processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
- Develop and execute process validation protocols, qualification activities, and technical documentation
- Provide input on design for manufacturability (DFM) during product development
- Analyze process capability data and use statistical tools to solve complex problems
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Quality, Manufacturing, and Design Engineering
- Mentor technicians or junior engineers while coordinating development builds and pilot runs
- Work directly with customers to support technical needs and propose process improvements
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s in engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of process design, quality systems, and Lean/Six Sigma
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and project management skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to travel to our Mexico facility and other U.S. sites as needed
- Industry experience preferred (e.g., motors, aerospace, or similar manufacturing)

, depending on the candidate, however, regular on‑site visits will be required.
This position is eligible to participate in a performance‑based bonus program based on company performance goals. Bonus payouts are not guaranteed and are determined at the company's discretion.
