Integrated Product Team Leader

We are hiring an Integrated Product Team Leader (IPTL) for a leading aerospace & defense manufacturer supporting mission-critical systems across space, defense, and high-reliability programs. This role is highly visible and offers ownership of complex hardware programs in a structured, engineering-driven environment.

Location: Moorpark, CA or Simsbury, CT (onsite)

The IPTL owns execution of development and production programs, with full accountability across scope, schedule, cost, and risk, while leading cross-functional teams in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

• Own full lifecycle execution of assigned programs (scope, schedule, cost, risk)
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and finance
• Develop and drive project plans, schedules, and milestones aligned to customer requirements
• Lead cost, schedule, and technical trade-off decisions
• Partner with Program Managers to align execution with customer and contractual expectations
• Drive operating cadence, execution discipline, and risk management
• Hold teams accountable to commitments and delivery timelines

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience leading technical or hardware programs
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and risk
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Background in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing strongly preferred

Compensation: $110,000 – $150,000 + 5-10% bonus. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
