Aero Vironment is seeking a Sr. Principal Mechanical Engineer to design, analyze, test, and package mechanical systems for high-altitude aerospace electronics.
You will lead or support mechanical packaging and production- oriented development, working with sub-contractors as needed. The role requires 8–12 years in mechanical engineering, strong CAD/CAE skills (Solid Works, ANSYS), and experience with thermal management, bonding, and BOM management.
