Moorpark, CA, onsite role with limited travel to other sites based on business needs, primarily Fremont, CA.

The Senior Business Systems Analyst serves as the primary business systems leader for the Moorpark site and acts as a strategic partner to Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and other functional leaders. The role is responsible for driving business performance through technology, process optimisation, data analysis, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This position serves as the site's subject‑matter expert for SYSPRO ERP and related business applications, leading business requirements gathering, solution design, implementation activities, user adoption, and ongoing system optimisation. The successful candidate will identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, data integrity, and business performance through effective use of technology.

In addition to business systems ownership, the role serves as the primary onsite technology resource for the Moorpark facility, providing local IT support and coordinating infrastructure, cybersecurity and end‑user technology activities with corporate IT teams and external partners.

The position requires a combination of business acumen, technical expertise, project leadership and strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and drive change across multiple functions without direct authority.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business systems, ERP administration, business analysis, information systems or related technology roles.
• Experience supporting and administering ERP systems, preferably SYSPRO.
• Experience leading business process improvement initiatives and system implementation projects.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical technology solutions.
• Manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, photonics or engineered products industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross‑functional initiatives.

This position will involve having access to items and technical data that may be controlled under U.S. export laws and regulations (“U.S. Export Control Laws”), including but not limited to the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”). To comply with the U.S. Export Control Laws, and in conjunction with the review of candidates for those positions within G&H that may present access to export‑controlled technical data, G&H must assess whether candidates are “U.S. persons” as defined under the EAR (15 C.F.R. Part 772) and the ITAR (22 C.F.R.120.15).
