Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year
A bit about usWe are a very well‑funded start‑up specializing in vintage‑inspired clothing that references staple brands like Levi’s and Carhartt. There are some custom “cut‑and‑sew” pieces in our line that are sourced and constructed entirely in Los Angeles, along with some pieces that are screened/embroidered on “blanks,” which are mostly made in the US, as well. The graphic design/branding pulls from a classic Americana look – think old movies, sports, cars, film photography, and vinyls with our own personal twist.

We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic and growth‑minded Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in the Vintage Clothing Manufacturing industry! This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to drive our digital marketing efforts and contribute to our overall growth strategy.
The Digital Marketing Manager oversees development and output of digital marketing content in order to drive sales and increase brand awareness. This includes product‑based marketing campaigns that require curating modeled photoshoots, creating digital advertisements, optimizing social media analytics, and managing an online presence that aligns with our brand.
The role involves developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This role requires a deep understanding of Social Media Analytics, Digital Media, Brand Strategy, Google Ads, SEO, and Social Media.
Responsibilities- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is great, but NOT required if you have the working experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful Digital Marketing Campaigns.
- Social Media Data Analytics experience a plus.
- Strong understanding of how all current Digital Marketing Channels function.
- Professional Photography (including modeled shoots) – Photography and Video Editing.
- Graphic Design a plus (i.e., Adobe Illustrator).
- Familiarity with Web Design.
- Strong team player and great communication skills (written and verbal).
- Shopify Analytics is a plus.
