Job Description

Perform FIRST ARTICLE inspection for all level boards and record results.

Perform INCOMING inspections for all level boards and components and record results.

Perform FINAL inspections of completed assemblies in accordance with procedures and requirements and record results.

Ensure accuracy of test equipment by checking against standards.

Review and sign company certifications as required.

Check returned/rejected material for status.

Perform random checks of in-process jobs as necessary.

Maintain process and swiftness of department yields and accuracy.

Maintain quality records relating to all inspection activities.

Follow instructions with great care and precision.

Skills Required

Knowledge of product, ISO process, IPC A610 Latest Revision, J-STD-01 Latest Revision.
Experience with sampling techniques and measuring equipment.
Ability to read assembly drawings.
General computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
Basic math skills.
