Summary

The Configuration Management (CM) Analyst II works with a cross‑functional team to create, write, review, analyze, track, edit, and process release product/project documentation and PLM changes (ECOs, deviations, ECRs, MCOs, etc.) according to Configuration Management processes.

Position Responsibilities
  • Reviews PLM changes for accuracy and helps incorporate changes, shepherding them through to release.
  • Accurately and thoroughly reviews all documentation submitted for release; works with other functions to create, coordinate, track, and release PLM changes.
  • Effectively reads and understands BOMs, product definition, test, and manufacturing information.
  • Demonstrates a fundamental understanding of the corporation's cross‑functional roles and responsibilities.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the company's product lines and engineering/CM processes; trains others on CM processes.
  • Receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects or assignments; consistently prioritizes workload.
  • Responds to periodic audits on conformance to CM practices and works with the supervisor to deploy necessary corrective actions.
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work productively with others across disciplines.
  • Solves practical problems constructively, handling a variety of variables in ambiguous situations with limited standardization or structure.
  • Responsible for completing assigned tasks within project schedule and budget.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2–5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Competent in data systems and a moderate user of MS Office Suite products.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • General comprehension of how to review and understand program/project documentation.
  • Effective analytical, problem‑solving, interpersonal, and communication skills, providing articulate and accurate instructions to others, as required.

Salary Range for This Role

$75,000 – $106,050

ITAR Requirement

This position requires access to information subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”). Applicants must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR/EAR or be eligible to obtain an export license. Certain positions require current U.S. citizenship; candidates must be willing to work on government contracts and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
