We re hiring a Roofing & Tech-Savvy Repair Technician to handle residential roof repairs, manage repair scheduling through technology platforms, and provide high-quality service to clients. This role combines hands-on roofing skills, tech proficiency, and client interaction to grow within our company.

• Perform roof repairs and maintenance on residential properties
• Use roofing software and scheduling tools to manage repair workflows
• Assess repair needs and recommend appropriate solutions to clients
• Assist in small installations or material handling as needed
• Communicate with homeowners and internal teams to manage scope and expectations
• Ensure safety, quality, and professionalism on every job

• Experience in roofing preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates
• Comfortable using technology (CRM, scheduling apps, mobile tools)
• Bilingual preferred
• Professional, punctual, clean-cut, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and customer service skills
