Maintenance Support Technician Sutton

Support hospital maintenance across Sutton as a Maintenance Support Technician, handling planned maintenance, reactive tasks, and building fabric repairs. This permanent role is full-time.

Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust seeks a Maintenance Support Team Person for work across hospital sites. You will use a PDA for PPM and reactive tasks, assist contractors and other trades, and transport assets between locations. Duties also include fire alarm testing, meter readings, water system flushing, and workshop cleaning.

• Complete planned and reactive maintenance using a PDA
• Support contractor management and assist other trades
• Transport assets across and between hospital sites
• Test fire alarms and record meter readings
• Replace light fittings, unblock toilets, and replace ceiling tiles

• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Ability to perform semi-skilled electrical maintenance duties
• Ability to record water temperatures accurately
• Willingness to flush water systems when required
• Ability to clean workshop and plantroom areas
