Salesforce Architect

Success Metrics is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with 8–10 years of hands‑on experience to lead solution design and delivery across large‑scale Salesforce programs. The ideal candidate is PDII‑certified, holds either the Application Architect or System Architect credential, and brings a proven track record of architecting complex, high‑volume solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud—with deep expertise in Omni Studio and data integrations.

You’ll be a strategic contributor, responsible for crafting scalable, secure, and performant solutions that meet business goals and adhere to best practices. This is a client‑facing role that involves leadership, mentoring, and full ownership of architectural decisions.

• Lead end‑to‑end architecture for enterprise Salesforce implementations
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and performant Salesforce solutions
• Design system and data architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Develop Omni Studio architectures including Flex Cards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and Data Raptors
• Own integration strategy with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and third‑party connectors
• Provide guidance on data migration, ETL strategy, large data volumes (LDV), and performance optimization
• Coach, mentor, and review the work of junior developers and administrators
• Participate in pre‑sales solutioning and estimation activities when needed
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, governance, and Dev Ops practices

• 8–10 years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years as a Solution or Technical Architect
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications
• Certified Application Architect or System Architect
• Sales or Service Cloud Consultant Certification (Must)
• At least 1–2 years of Omni Studio implementation experience
• Demonstrated experience in large data volume processing and scalable architecture patterns
• Experience designing security models, sharing rules, and governance frameworks
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
• Proven ability to work independently and manage solution delivery end to end

• Background in Public Sector Solutions, Nonprofit Cloud, or Health Cloud
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, Salesforce Dev Ops tools (Salesforce CLI, Git Hub, CI/CD pipelines)
• Experience in architecture review boards or technical governance
