Role Summary As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a key role in providing compassionate, hands-on care to residents. You will support daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions

Support resident mobility, transfers, and positioning

Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment

Follow individualized care plans and direction from nursing staff

Qualifications

Active California CNA certification required

Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care Strong communication and teamwork skills

Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
