Join a Team Dedicated to Exceptional Resident Care Moraga Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team on a part-time basis. We are currently hiring for all shifts (AM, PM, and NOC). This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nursing professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and enhancing the lives of our residents.
As an LVN, you will play a key role in providing direct nursing care, supporting interdisciplinary care planning, and ensuring the highest standards of resident health and well-being.
Position Responsibilities
* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
* Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
* Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising nurse or physician
* Complete accurate and timely documentation of care provided
* Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments
* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals
* Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
* Promote a positive, safe, and resident-centered environment Qualifications
* Current California LVN license in good standing
* Current CPR/BLS certification
* Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred
* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
