Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time PM Shift

Location:

Moraga | Pay: $45.00–$50.00 per hour DOE |

Schedule:

Full‑time, PM Shift, 4/2 schedule.

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately and safely.
• Assess residents' conditions and promptly identify and report changes.
• Supervise and support LVNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, assessments, and care planning.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Promote infection prevention, resident safety, and quality care initiatives.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment.

• Current, active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.
• Previous experience in post‑acute, skilled nursing, or long‑term care preferred, but not required.
• Passion for providing compassionate, high‑quality resident care.
