** Registered Nurse (RN)
** to join our dedicated nursing team on a
** full-time PM shift
** with a
** 4/2 schedule**. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative team that is committed to delivering outstanding care in a supportive post-acute setting.
As an RN, you will play a vital role in overseeing resident care, leading the nursing team during your shift, and ensuring our residents receive the highest quality clinical services while maintaining their dignity, comfort, and well-being.## ##
Key Responsibilities
* Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
* Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately and safely
* Assess residents' conditions and promptly identify and report changes
* Supervise and support LVNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team
* Assist with admissions, discharges, assessments, and care planning
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
* Promote infection prevention, resident safety, and quality care initiatives
* Foster a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment## ## Qualifications
* Current, active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
* Previous experience in post-acute, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred, but not required
* Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality resident care## ##
