Moraga Post-Acute is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated nursing team on a part-time basis across all shifts. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents while promoting their comfort, dignity, safety, and independence. You will work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive high-quality care throughout your shift.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and mobility
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Provide compassionate and respectful care while maintaining resident dignity and privacy
• Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures
• Accurately document care provided and resident observations
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and care areas
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Promote a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment

• Active California CNA certification required
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to resident care
• Ability to follow instructions and prioritize resident needs
• Commitment to providing exceptional resident care
