Successful and established State Farm agency, looking to add a licensed insurance professional to our close-knit team as we continue to grow. This Account Associate role is ideal for someone earlier in their insurance career who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a supportive and fast‑paced office.

• Provide friendly, professional service to customers in person, over the phone, and through email or text
• Assist with policy questions, billing inquiries, and basic policy changes
• Support the team with administrative tasks and customer follow‑ups
• Learn how to review coverages and identify opportunities to better protect customers
• Work closely with the service and sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Moraga office (full‑time, in‑office role)
• Active insurance licenses required (or ability to obtain before start date, as applicable)
• Candidates without an insurance license may still be considered if they have 5+ years of experience in a related or complementary field
