* Job Summary:

** We are seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a genuine love for animals. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the client's experience.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
* Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar efficiently.
* Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and accurately.
* Maintain client records and update information as needed.
* Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry.
* Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming.
* Coordinate with veterinary staff to provide seamless patient care.
* Handle client concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
* Stay informed about clinic services and promotions to inform clients.

* Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
* Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office setting preferred.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with practice management software.

* Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
