Civil Engineer Project Manager

Pay range starts at $90k dependent upon experience.

• North Carolina Professional Engineer License
• 10+ years of experience in Civil Engineering in Land Development
• Excellent grasp of Civil Engineering techniques
• Experience managing full-time staff
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and CAD (Microstation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D)
• Strong understanding of local, state and federal regulations
• Experience with municipal agencies, regulatory permitting and private development

• Lead the design and execution of land development projects
• Ensure projects meet all quality, schedule and budgetary requirements
• Coordinate with all local, state and federal review agencies
• Present at public meetings and provide professional representation on behalf of the client
• Collaborate with external partners across multiple disciplines
• Teach and lead junior engineers and staff
