What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, profiles, permissions, and workflows
  • Evaluate and implement App Exchange solutions and third-party integrations
  • Maintain system documentation and create training materials for end users
  • Perform regular data audits and cleanup activities to ensure database health
  • Establish and maintain data entry standards and deduplication processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 5-7+ years of Salesforce Lightning Administration experience in a mid-to-large organization
  • Salesforce Certified with ownership experience of a Salesforce production environment
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategy, data models, and revenue processes
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with users at all levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience supporting multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce development concepts and the Quote-to-Cash process
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience working in an agile environment with a team of administrators
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to change
