JOB RELATIONSHIPSResponsible to the Clinical Director. Reports to RN for shift supervision. Supervises other LPN’s and unlicenced personnel as delegated by the Charge RN.
DEFINITION OF POSITIONThe Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for direct and indirect nursing care of assigned patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse and in the context of the Nursing Practice Act, State of North Carolina.
QUALIFICATIONSProfessional
