The Office of Student Activities at Morehead State University is accepting applications for a full-time position as a Coordinator, Fraternity & Sorority Life. The anticipated start date is July 16, 2026.
Morehead State University is located in Morehead, KY, a designated Kentucky Trail Town, nestled in the Daniel Boone National Forest, in close proximity to Cave Run Lake. This location provides opportunities for a wide range of outdoor recreation activities. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Coordinator of Fraternity and Sorority Life is responsible for the administration, assessment, and implementation of a comprehensive model which promotes the education, development, and success of students, student leaders, and all Greek Life organizations This position is dedicated to the development of its diverse student body through close collaboration with the University community, Greek alumni, Inter/National organizations, and the Morehead community.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree required. Minimum one year of post-bachelor's degree professional employment in a setting that includes program and event planning. Demonstrated ability to successfully work with and support various student populations. Possess excellent communication, organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills. Possess the ability to adhere to strict deadlines, be self-motivated and foster a collaborative work environment. Possess the ability for ethical decision-making.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree. Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment process for Panhellenic Council, IFC and NPHC. One year of professional experience working with fraternities, sororities and Greek governing councils. Experience in program development and workshop presentation.

Organizational Relationships
The Coordinator of Fraternity and Sorority Life reports directly to the Director of Student Activities and Programs, and has frequent interactions with the Dean of Students and the Vice President of Student Affairs. The Coordinator assists with the supervision of graduate assistants and student staff as appropriate. This position requires frequent interaction with students, faculty, staff, community partners as well as the general public.

Working Conditions
Regular office hours as determined by University policy with frequent weekend and evening hours.
Work in an active environment with a high volume of interaction with students, faculty, staff and guests of the University.
