Schedule: Nights & Weekends | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Hourly Rate: $12.50/hour
Location: Morehead (CRRU & Children’s Crisis Unit)
Why This Role MattersAs a CRRU Associate, you’ll be on the front lines of crisis care—providing support, safety, and stability to individuals during some of their most vulnerable moments. If you’re compassionate, dependable, and calm under pressure, this role offers meaningful work where your presence truly makes an impact.
What You’ll Do- Provide overnight and weekend support to consumers in the Crisis Residential Recovery Unit (CRRU) and Children’s Crisis Unit
- Monitor consumer safety through observation, bed checks, vital signs, and routine safety rounds
- Assist consumers with proper medication self‑administration, as appropriate
- Respond to and help stabilize immediate crisis situations
- Ensure admission and discharge paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Review and maintain client charts nightly
- Transport clients to needed services when required
- Complete a paid 40‑hour crisis training to prepare you for success
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and supportive in crisis situations
- Strong communication and documentation skills
