Socket.dev is seeking a Medical Office Specialist to be the first point of contact for families served. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance and update patient accounts.
Work with providers and staff to manage patient flow, collect co-pays, handle records, and answer inquiries in a courteous, HIPAA-compliant manner.
Excellent communication, basic computer skills, EMR experience preferred, and the ability to work independently in a busy, welcoming office.
