Registered Dietitian

Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is hiring a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services within a long-term care and rehabilitation environment. This hybrid, part-time position is approximately 12 hours per week. Additional hours, including PRN opportunities at other facilities, may be available for candidates interested in expanding their schedule.

• Evaluate residents' nutritional status and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Complete MDS assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans
• Assess resident weights and identify nutrition-related risks
• Participate in interdisciplinary nutrition risk meetings
• Conduct meal observations and perform sanitation inspections

• Current Registered Dietitian (RD) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Active state licensure or certification, when required
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management abilities
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nutrition is preferred but not mandatory

Candidates must successfully complete:

• Criminal background screening
• Tuberculosis (TB) screening
• Drug screening
