Best Western Eagles Inn – Morehead, KY

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (4–5 nights per week)
Shift: Overnight (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Best Western Eagles Inn is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor is responsible for providing exceptional guest service during overnight hours while completing the hotel's nightly accounting procedures, preparing the property for the next business day, and assisting with breakfast preparation.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently in a quiet environment while remaining attentive and responsive to guest needs. Overnight shifts are typically slower than daytime operations; however, guest service remains the highest priority at all times.

• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Greet, check in, and check out guests.
• Answer phones, make reservations, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Accurately process payments and balance cash and credit card transactions.
• Complete nightly audit procedures and required reports.
• Ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Prepare and set up the complimentary breakfast so it is fully stocked and ready for guests by 6:00 AM

• Restock breakfast items and front desk supplies as needed.
• Perform light cleaning and other duties assigned by management.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Follow all hotel safety, security, and emergency procedures.

• Customer service experience is strongly preferred.
• Previous hotel experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable learning hotel software and basic computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as business needs require.
• Must be available to complete initial training on 1st and 2nd shifts before transitioning to overnight shifts.

The employee is regularly required to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.

• Move throughout the hotel property to assist guests and complete assigned duties.
