We're seeking skilled equipment operators to join our team. As an operator with MTM Enterprises, you'll work with modern machinery to execute various construction and vegetation management projects.
RequirementsQualifications needed:
- 3+ years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Equipment certifications (preferred)
- Knowledge of safety regulations
- Ability to read site plans and grade stakes
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating excavators, bulldozers, and other heavy machinery
- Performing daily equipment inspections
- Following safety protocols and procedures
- Maintaining accurate logs of work completed
- Collaborating with ground crews and supervisors
