Intake Coordinator - Evenings & Weekends

Job Type: Part‑Time, In‑Office

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Must be available to work holidays

Pay Range: $21–$23 per hour (based on experience)

A&G Infusion Nursing Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented individual to support our nursing staffing operations during evenings and weekends. This is a fully in‑office role supporting coordination and communication with our clinical staff and patients.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with infusion nurses regarding schedules, availability, and case assignments
• Assist with patient intake and documentation
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
• Communicate effectively with internal staff and external partners
• Provide general administrative support as needed

• Previous administrative, scheduling, or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and responsive
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, scheduling systems)

• Must be able to work the listed schedule consistently
• Must be willing to work holidays
• Must be able to work on‑site (this is not a remote position)
