Ship Bob is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to manage SFN partner sites and oversee end-to-end onboarding, training, and implementation. You’ll drive site launches, set up dashboards, and coordinate with partner teams to ensure alignment with Ship Bob SOPs and WMS capabilities.
You will spend about 90% on-site at partner locations, travel as needed, and build strong relationships with local fulfillment center management while ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
