Customer Account Rep (Off On Sundays

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team and provide exceptional service to customers throughout the account lifecycle. In this role, you will support inquiries, resolve issues, maintain accurate account information, and help ensure a positive experience at every interaction. • Respond to customer questions by phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with account setup, updates, billing questions, payment processing, and general account maintenance
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive and service-oriented approach
• Document account activity and interactions accurately in internal systems
• Follow company policies and procedures related to account handling, confidentiality, and service standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and resolve account-related issues
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and offer helpful solutions
• Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy across account systems

• Previous experience in customer service, account support, retail, call center, or a related role preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain composed in a busy environment
• Comfortable using computers, account systems, and standard office software
