Customer Service Representative; CSR

Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused CSR who enjoys helping people and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone. You’ll service existing clients, resolve policy needs, and uncover opportunities to cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Commercial insurance.

• Process policy changes and account updates
• Assist customers with payments and billing
• Monitor and resolve account alerts
• Follow up on outstanding documents and policy requirements
• Provide service by phone, email, and text
• Document customer interactions and follow-up activities
• Review existing accounts for coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities
• Generate additional insurance quotes for existing clients
• Support customer retention and account growth
• Maintain a minimum of 2 hours of talk time per day
• Provide professional, friendly, and timely customer service

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable making inbound and outbound calls
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Sales-minded and comfortable cross-selling
• Insurance experience preferred but not required
• Property & Casualty license (Within 30 days on Hire)
• Life insurance license is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
