Manufacturing Team Lead
We're hiring an experienced Manufacturing Team Lead to supervise production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. If you're a strong communicator with a passion for leadership and efficiency, this is your chance to make an impact.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a production crew of 10-15 employees
- Ensure daily production goals and safety standards are met
- Coordinate shift planning, performance, and task assignments
- Report production metrics and escalate issues to management
- Support training, quality control, and team coaching
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing leadership
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Proven ability to manage teams and meet production targets
