About This Role

The Season Level III Staff RN at Kaiser Permanente provides professional nursing care, leading the healthcare team and utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who excel in leadership and patient care.

• Pay: $78 - $85/hour
• Location: Moreno Valley, CA
• Facility: Kaiser Permanente Moreno Valley Hospital
• Schedule: Full Time

• Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
• Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
• Lead and direct the healthcare team, delegating tasks appropriately.
• Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
• Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Practice customer service standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Act as a resource and mentor to new employees and team members.
• Organize work to minimize the use of overtime.
• Participate in departmental performance improvement activities.

Education:

• Current CA RN License required.

Experience:

• 1+ years of recent full-time equivalent experience in relevant settings (ED, ICU, PACU, etc.).

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
• NRP certification required for specific units.
