About This Role

The Lvl III Staff RN provides professional nursing care as a leader of the healthcare team, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are flexible and committed to quality patient care.

• Pay: $78 - $101/hour
• Location: Moreno Valley, CA
• Schedule: Full Time

• Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures and serve as a leader of the healthcare team.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and demonstrate accountability.
• Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care reflecting assessment and evaluation.
• Monitor patient progress and revise care plans based on ongoing evaluations.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of nursing processes and interventions.
• Discuss patient findings and progress with physicians and healthcare team members.
• Adhere to workplace safety principles and maintain a safe environment.
• Practice customer service standards and ensure a positive patient care experience.
• Act as a resource, preceptor, and mentor to new employees and team members.
