Part-Time LVN (PM Shift) Rancho Bellagio Post-Acute

Rancho Bellagio Post-Acute is seeking a compassionate and reliable Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team on the night (PM) shift
. This role is ideal for an LVN who is committed to providing high-quality care in a skilled nursing environment.

Pay Range: $29-$33 per hour, DOE

Schedule: Full-Time | PM Shift

Location: Rancho Bellagio Post-Acute

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality resident outcomes
• Uphold all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Current and active California LVN license
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
