Join R & R Breakfast Spot as a Bartender/Drink Runner in Moreno Valley, CA, where you'll be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about mixology and enjoy creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and specialty drinks.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for service.
- Interact with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on preferences.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar for special events and busy shifts.
- Collaborate with serving staff to ensure timely delivery of drinks to tables.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol.
- Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to enhance customer experience.
- Previous bartending or drink running experience preferred.
- Knowledge of mixology and drink preparation techniques.
- Must possess a valid bartending license or certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
R & R Breakfast Spot is a small family owned restaurant established in Moreno Valley October 1st 2025. We offer a delicious southern menu and a welcoming atmosphere to our customers. Our customers love our friendly service and diverse drink options, while our employees appreciate the supportive team environment and opportunities for growth.
This is not a high volume bartending job but a fulfilling position if you love working with people. Tips are included by both a tip pooling system as well as earned tips from the small bar area.
