Job Overview

Join Target as a Style Consultant, where you will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience through strong operations, visual merchandising, and sales floor support.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization and support guest services such as back-up cashier and order pick-up.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment.
• Ability to work independently and with a team, resolving guest questions quickly.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
