Fully staff the store with quality people, recruiting, hiring, and retaining all restaurant employees.;
Ensure the entire team is certified according to the current training process at all times and maintain proper uniform and service standards.;
Deliver the Brand by executing Del Taco standards and using our processes 100% of the time; maintain facility and equipment.;
Drive sales by setting goals, optimizing staffing, increasing customer count and average, and executing local store marketing.;
Control costs and ensure compliance: labor laws, inventory management, cash handling, safety, and waste reduction.
