Job Summary
Starting Wage: $17.00-$19.00 (part‑time). This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on structure, enjoy working on their feet, and are eager to turn focus and stamina into results. As an Inventory Specialist, you will have the opportunity to increase your earnings through performance‑based wage increases.
Key Responsibilities- Count and record inventory with precision – accuracy matters.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow and accomplish daily performance goals.
- Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.

- Act as the face of the organization and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Prior experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver, or Warehouse work is preferred.
- No inventory experience? No problem – discipline and willingness to learn will be trained.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Comfortable using handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Access to reliable transportation.

The position requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, using both hands for repetitive motions, squatting, kneeling, or crouching, and occasional use of a ladder. You may need to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., travel via car or occasionally by plane, and stay overnight if required.
