• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Present information effectively to customers, team members, and small groups.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Lift and move up to 25 pounds routinely, 45 pounds frequently, and occasionally 60 pounds.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills
• Retail Management Certificate

• Assist in the proper maintenance of the store, particularly the Produce Department.
• Provide excellent customer service by helping customers on the store floor.
• Bag groceries for customers as needed and carry groceries when requested.
• Maintain and retrieve store carts, run price checks, assist with go-backs, aid in check‑stand upkeep, and remove waste from the parking area.
• Ensure the store remains clean, safe, and compliant with visual and auditory requirements.

The Utilities Clerk position is integral to our fast‑paced grocery environment, supporting both daily operations and customer satisfaction. This role offers hands‑on experience in store maintenance and the development of customer‑facing skills.
