The Sales Lead will fully immerse themselves in the Pandora brand, culture and products to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The Sales Lead serves as a primary brand ambassador, supporting managers and sales associates to drive in‑store success.

• At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a caring approach.
• Ability to charm and engage audiences at all levels.
• Business acumen, analytical thinking and a drive to deliver positive results.
• Excellent time‑management skills, prioritizing and delegating tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
• Minimum age 18 with proof of identification and work eligibility.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.

Compensation: $17.45 per hour – $21.85 per hour (commensurate with experience).
