About the Team

The Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) will be the ultimate Pandora fan, delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers.

They will support store operations during peak hours to deliver incredible fan experiences and share product knowledge, inspiring fans to style their jewellery.

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
• Embrace the store culture and act as a brand ambassador.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments, exceeding expectations with excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
• Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards for a smooth and on‑brand operation.
• Comfortably work varied schedules, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Results‑oriented seller with a proven track record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a caring approach.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all levels.
• At least 18 years old, able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Willingness to embrace adventure and flexible work schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Reliable support during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
