We are looking for a reliable, punctual driver to join our roadside team. This role requires professionalism, consistency, and the ability to work independently.
Pay and Benefits- Pay: $18/hr
- Bonus: $100 for every vehicle brought to the yard
- Bonus: $50 for every battery sold
- Hours:
Not guaranteed; typically 30–70 hours per week depending on call volume - Training:
Unpaid - Raises:
Win our weekly performance contest 4 weeks in a row and earn a raise
- Complete tows and roadside services safely and efficiently
- Follow dispatch instructions and update ETAs on time
- Maintain a clean truck and report issues immediately
- Take clear photos and complete job notes accurately
- Provide respectful, professional customer service
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Punctuality is our top priority
- Must be dependable and consistent
- Show up on time
- Follow procedures
- Take pride in their work
