We are seeking energetic, motivated, and hands-on Warehouse Leads to join our team as we launch a brand-new, state-of-the-art distribution center in Moreno Valley, CA.

What You'll Do As a Warehouse Lead, you will serve as the frontline leader for warehouse associates and help drive operational excellence while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of warehouse associates
• Support daily operations including receiving, shipping, picking, packing, inventory, and material handling
• Monitor productivity, quality, and attendance to ensure operational goals are achieved
• Assist with training and onboarding new employees
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Conduct shift start-up meetings and communicate operational priorities
• Assist supervisors with staffing plans, workflow management, and performance feedback
• Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary
• Maintain accurate records and utilize warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and startup activities

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics experience
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience as a Lead, Team Lead, Trainer, or Supervisor
• Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a startup or newly launched operation
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Forklift certification or equipment operating experience
• Inventory control, quality, or process improvement experience
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures and noise levels

Schedule This facility operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Warehouse Leads may be assigned to day, evening, overnight, or weekend shifts based on business needs. Shift differentials may apply.

About the Role How you will contribute Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed. Assist with monitoring daily KPI's, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time. Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.)
