Lead Fulfillment Associate

Compensation

$21.25 - $22.25/hr - Shift dependent and may change due to business need.

• Receiving
  :
  Accept customers’ new inventory and manage the entire process of putting away and accepting inventory into our system. Communicate arrivals and any exceptions.
• Picking
  :
  Deliver products to the next stage quickly and accurately. Keep the flow of customer products moving and maintain a humming warehouse.
• Packing
  :
  Ensure quality of each shipment, pack items correctly, and work with picking to guarantee fulfilled shipments.
• Other duties as required
  :
  Help out in other areas to ensure operations run efficiently.
• Ensure products are handled, stored, and distributed safely, following SOPs, reporting concerns, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to continuous improvement.

• Work scheduled shifts including overtime and weekends as required; arrive on time.
• Lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
• Stand and walk continuously through an 8-10 hr shift.
• Bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
• Help out in other departments as needed.
• Willing to get hands dirty to complete tasks.
• Adapt to change quickly.
• Attention to detail.
• Quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities.
• Seeking entry into a rapidly growing startup.
• Previous warehouse experience not required.
• Must be 18 or older.
