Hiddenwell is seeking a Guest Experience Team Leader to oversee the Central Reservations group in Moreton-in-Marsh. You will drive service quality, accuracy, and guest satisfaction across calls, emails and digital channels.
You will lead 5–7 Reservations Agents, set expectations, conduct regular coaching and maintain high standards of operation, data accuracy, and policy compliance in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
