Job Summary
Join Tazzer Group as a Plumber and become a vital part of our team. This role involves performing a wide range of plumbing tasks, from installations and repairs to maintenance and inspections. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to providing high-quality service. You will work in various settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial environments, ensuring that all plumbing systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and Repair:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures, including pipes, fittings, water heaters, and drainage systems.
- Perform complex plumbing installations and repairs with accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on plumbing systems to ensure they are operating properly.
- Identify and diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Provide detailed estimates and explain the scope of work to clients.
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety procedures and protocols.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used, time spent, and any issues encountered.
- Provide detailed reports and documentation as required.
- Work closely with other team members and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior plumbers as needed.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completed apprenticeship program or vocational training in plumbing.
- Proven experience as a plumber, with 3 years of experience in residential, commercial, or industrial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor tasks.
