Skilled Maintenance Operative – P3 Charity

Deliver high‑quality, planned and responsive repairs in tenants’ homes and on construction sites. The role covers refurbishments, damp repairs, kitchen & bath fitting, painting, landscaping, and plastering. You’ll provide reliable service during core hours, support out‑of‑hours work when needed, manage your own workload, work safely with a range of tools, and develop new skills. Supporting apprentices and trainees is part of the role.

• Full UK driving licence.
• Previous experience in maintenance – essential.
