Plumber

TXM Recruit is recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to work for one of the UK’s largest and leading FM companies on a contract in Moreton‑In‑Marsh.

• Salary: £37,730.00
• Monday – Friday working 40‑hour week
• Call‑out 1‑in‑4 (Monday‑Friday, only for emergencies)

• First point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services on the allocated site.
• Perform plumbing maintenance, fault finding and general repairs.
• Support general electrical and fabric works within the facility, including minor repairs.

• Smartphone and PDA supplied.
• 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
• Average of a 4% bonus.

• NVQ in Plumbing/Heating systems.
